Apart from the dress, shoes, flowers, cake, photography & other wedding day essentials, the venue will definitely be something your guests will remember. Since I’m a wedding photographer I’ve been to lots of venues and I would love to highlight a few of my favorites. Today I”m going to start out with the
Apple Tree Resort.
Set in the middle of one of Yakima’s most pristine golf courses this place is the perfect place to say “I do”. Whether you are looking for an indoor or outdoor location, the Apple Tree can accommodate both. If you’re looking for beautiful landscaping and a breath taking view, the west lawn is ideal. It can accommodate up to 300 guests and it’s surrounded by trees so it provides the perfect amount of shade to keep you and your guests cool on a hot summer day. If you are planning your wedding in the winter months the banquet room in the club house can accommodate up to 144 guests. The banquet room is on the second floor and also offers a spectacular view of the course.
The Apple Tree can also provide everything you need from tables & chairs to food & drinks. They have a great staff who will provide you with first-rate service and the food is exceptional! I would highly recommend this venue to any bride. The Apple Tree tends to book up fast so make sure check with the coordinator as soon as possible to check availability.

Here are some pictures I’ve taken at the Apple Tree:
(Also, the bride and groom get to drive a golf cart to a few picturesque places on the course, how cool is that!!)
