Julie & Juul were married in Tacoma, Washington. They had their ceremony at St. Pauls Lutheran Church and their reception followed at the Union Station. This was our last wedding of the 2015 season and it was a fantastic one to end on. It was nothing short of beautiful and super fun!
When we started doing the detail shots in the morning I opened the ring box and… wow, there was a LED light shining on the ring. How cool is that? I’ve never seen it before. The Tacoma Union Station was such a fun place to take photos in, the art was amazing! After shooting for a bit at the Union Station we decided to travel outside across the bridge to the museum of glass. We found lots of cool things along the way and of course it just happened to be perfectly sunny and beautiful out!
The church was super cute and full of character. All the seats were donated from an old theater hall and we loved the mural on the wall. After the ceremony we drove the bride and groom to the reception hall but before entering we ran across the bridge to the museum of glass to get a couple of night shots. It was totally worth being cold to get the awesome shots that we did. Night photography rocks!
Their reception was a blast! People danced with glowsticks and everyone was having a fantastic time. Julie and Juul finished off their perfect day with a sparkler exit that made the last moments of their wedding day simply magical. We wish you the best Julie and Juul, thank you for choosing us to photograph your wedding!
